"We have a fishing boat and keep looking for places to stay around Mark Twain lake. This place was clean, quiet and safe. The Manager was helpful. We would stay there again. Was a very good value. Do note that the breakfast has no protein, but had waffles, toast, fruit, juices, cereal. "

"Modern and great service. Very welcoming staff. Clean and spacious rooms."

"Jack and Becky are warm and welcoming. The barn is close to many attractions near the lake. Guests live downstairs and the owners upstairs. The breakfast and cat are great. The room and the whole barn are all wood, very stylish and interesting for city people like me. There is also an interesting heart-shape bathtub without the above-head showing faucet."

"Riverside Inn. The property was right by the Mississippi River! I could see the Mark Twain Riverboat and the bridge going to Illinois from my window. Super close to downtown shops but go early since almost everyone closes at 5 pm or earlier! I thought it would be noisy having a restaurant on the first floor but it wasn’t. Only downside is having the railroad tracks right there. I slept right through the sounds and vibration but for light sleepers, ear plugs will help! I will be back for sure. "
