Instead of apologizing they argued that everyone was exaggerating their wait time. Very unfriendly and rude. The hallways and elevators smelled horribly. The towels were stained, the fridges were leaking orange goo, and the counters and furniture were cracked and peeking. The blinds were broken and missing chunks"

"It’s a beautiful hotel. It was very clean and the interior was gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great brunch at the hotel before leaving. I will definitely stay there again when I go back to Little Rock. I give it five stars."

"Room was amazing. There was a kitchenette, a real closet with a safe and the sofa was an extremely comfy sectional. We were expecting the same old traditional motel room set up and instead we got a huge upgrade for the same price. They not only accept pets but expected us to have one with us like that's just what everyone does."

"Very nice very clean and quiet. Room was big. My only complaint is the thermostat for the a.c. not so great. A.c. blower would come on but wouldn't stay on so room was hot. But other then that it was a nice stay."

"They switched our room from a king to a room with 2 queen beds because of over booking (didnt tell us) even though i booked the room over a month in advance. Then when we get into the room and the mini fridge was leaking with towels inside and outside of the fridge. The room smelt very musty. Other then that the staff was very nice and helpful. The bathroom and the beds were clean."

"Everything was great and the staff was very helpful. The free shuttle service to Simmons Bank Arena for the concert we attended was smooth and easy. Beds were comfy. Our river view was nice. I wish we had had the convenience of a free breakfast and free parking but it is clearly noted before booking that both are available for an extra fee so I knew to be prepared beforehand. Will stay again!"
