"the room and the wash room was clean and devoid of any musty smell. the rooms were well furnished. Just one draw back though... the buffet breakfast starts at 07:30 and the food items weren't all placed on the table. This is one area that needs improvement."

"we've stayed at a few of the hotels in the west end of Patna. This has been our favorite. Access to the mall is a definite plus. Staff did their best to make our stay nice, including giving us a temporary room to use until the class of room we had booked was available."

"I am really happy with the sevices provided by the Grand Empire Patna. I would specially like to mention Mr. Sabbir for his warm welcome given to us. We were too touched about how he made us use the lift and he climbed the stairs, to maintain social distancing and then escorted us to our room.
