"The room had an unpleasant odor of urine, and we couldn’t stay for even a minute. The staff attempted to spray something, which provided some relief, but it wasn’t sufficient. We resorted to covering ourselves with a blanket and sleeping. We arrived at the hospital at 2:30 AM and managed to get up at 7 AM, but we decided to leave immediately. At check out the lady said she couldn't compensate us as we booked thru. 3rd party."

"All around, everything great"

"This hotel was very nice, very clean, and well taken care of. There were 2 downsides to this, but not worth knocking the rating down. 1. Our bed was a lot firmer than what we are used to but we simply chose the wrong bed to sleep in and should have taken the bed our son slept in (our fault). 2. With the rooftop restaurant being the floor above our room, we could hear a lot of chairs moving around. The builder should have taken this into consideration and used better soundproofing insulation....

"Rooms aren't cleaned between visits and sheets did not appear to have been changed. Poorly maintained."
