Cari Hotel di Daerah Ohio

"After traveling all day we got to the Hillcrest only to find out they did not have all of our rooms. They tried to get us to share the room they had. No phone call to let us know ahead of time. No help in finding us another room. Their thought was that I reserved 4 rooms and they only had 3, that I should still take the 3 rooms because I reserved them. We ended up at going back north to a hotel we passed 30 miles before. Very unhappy that Expedia would even list this property."

"The bed was very hard & very small. The room was also pretty small. The room was super cold & then in the middle of the night it got very hot. There was a bad odor coming from the bathroom, also. It didn’t have a fridge in it, but there was one in the hallway that ppl could share. It was quiet there & there was a nice view of the river across the street with places to sit."

"Mold on the shampoo and conditioner dispensers, eyelash in a towel, pictures DO NOT MATCH THE ROOMS. Carpet looks dirty, outdated. No smoking hotel but cigarette buds everywhere around the building. Didn’t even have hand soap in the bathroom when we got there. Feels dirty to be there honestly."

"Enjoyable to stay at a family owned property where it shows. I would definitely stay there again."

"A reminiscent trip with my grown kids and grandkids. The rooms are dated but everyone had a blast. The pool, arcade and pool tables were great."

"Our room definitely had mold problems. That was the worst thing. There was no remote for the TV, no tissues in the bathroom, and the body wash bottle in the shower was empty. The floors were dirty. There was no ice. They said the ice machine was inoperable. We stayed because we were too tired to look for another place but we will never stay in another Microtel Inn. Definitely NOT up to Wyndham standards."

"4 nights and all were great experiences"

"I have two problem leak from shower into floor and refrigator was broken"

"Casino wasn’t too crowded but did have some construction going on, rooms could use some updating starting to show some wear and tear but we’re all very clean. Late night food/snacks options would have been cool or a microwave in the rooms, but the two restaurants we ate at were amazing."
