"Nothing in the room worked none of it was updated we were put in a lower level since they were doing construction on the higher balcony’s just to be next to the building across the streets a/c units balcony door wasn’t sealed so that’s all you could hear the water view we were promised and payed for was blocked by a building the restaurants upstairs takes priority over the hotel 100% they flood the lobby with people that don’t even stay there so we had to get a refund because the issues we did...

"So far it was ok, the cleaning girl was there but only left clean towels which I’m glad but the bed wasn’t made and the trash wasn’t taken out from the restroom , overall I think it could have been better cleaned, they should think about exterminating the building because there was small spiders in the room, other then that it’s a good location and mins from the beach."

"Good location, easy access to Seaside promenade and some attractions in yatch marine..hotel building is very old and need renovation to most of things. Carpets, mattresses, ac system, noise isolation etc.."

"Room was in bad shape. Definitely not worth 800 dollars for 2 rooms for 2 nights... Blackout curtain was not functional and when I requested they replace the non-functioning window they said they would and never did. The charger on the night stand had been removed and replaced with a piece of wood. The " breakfast" was very disappointing.. not much selection for what I paid. Broken tiles in the bathroom and shower that ran barely at a trickle.. no pressure.."

"Amazing location, amazing, property, outstanding guest services (shout out to Brittney) for amazing wine and fire pit evenings... group activities for the whole family to enjoy. enjoyable walk down the boardwalk to the beach, sand dune experience was delightful. Top notch stay... will of course come back again, and again and again... yall are amazing..."
