"Our stay was disappointing overall. Although this is a non-smoking hotel, the room had a strong smoke smell that was difficult to tolerate. The odor was so pervasive that even the clothes in our suitcases smelled like smoke after our stay. The TV remote was also broken, and the room felt humid despite the air conditioning running, which made it less comfortable. "Hotel was horrible. Carpet was wet, room felt and smelt damp. Our room had an armchair with a seat cushion that didn’t match the chair and the vinyl on the cushion was all ripped up. Big hole in the carpet. Bedding was stained. There was a mysterious sauce stain on the phone handle. The phone didn’t have a way to contact the front desk. Ceiling had holes both in the room and hallway. The outside siding was severely damaged"

"It was a great experience for a minimalist! The room was clean and the bed was adequately comfortable. The blackout curtain was shredded and letting some light through. The floor was not carpeted, rather it was a laminate floor. There was no box of Kleenex. The breakfast was okay but nothing special."
