"Clean room, easy parking, good selection for breakfast and very nice staff."

"spend the extra money this is not a good place"

"Clean room, hot tub, good breakfast"

"Had a great night. The bed was comfortable and the air was cold. Ate breakfast, had a nice variety of foods to chose from. While you can tell this location is older it was quiet, clean and I felt safe in the area. Would definitely stay here again."

"It is a lovely place. We had a great time and felt so pampered"

"Loved that we we're away from everyone to enjoy the quiet and stars. Everyone enjoyed the extra space to spread out instead of being cramped in a hotel room! Would have been helpful to have link to the location. We travelled alot of rough gravel roads since the address for booking is not the actual address and the check in directions were for people coming from the north. "

"Adorable little house. One bedroom and bathroom was by itself in a different little room with its own key. Beautiful view! So peaceful."

"A great little place to go. It feels like my home away from home."

"If you want to truly unwind and unplug. This is the spot. Right next to a running creek. WiFi is great for business folks too. I couldn’t be more happy with my choice of places to stay. Everything was just so. If you have Business with Tyson in Berryville or Green Forest. Trust me here….."
