"Check-in funktioniert leider nicht wie geplant, auf die von Expedia empfohlene Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte keine Reaktion. Ab 16:00 soll der Check-in vor Ort möglich sein. Gegen 16:15 war niemand erreichbar, die ausgehängte Telefonnummer wurde zwei Mal zu einem Anrufbeantworter weitergeleitet und der Call-Knopf am Tresor lief ins Leere. Im Rückruf würde mir erklärt, dass jemand im Gastraum ist, der war jedoch noch verschlossen. Danach erschien man dann doch zum Check-in"

"The initial check in was a little confusing, as the self serve process was new, and my two months ago payment wasn’t received. After a phone call it was rectified. Once in the room, it was very clean and comfortable. I would have liked to see some sheer curtains on the windows, not just the black out one. "Goeie bedden. Mooie locatie in een heel mooi dorp mosbach. En een prima ontbijt. En een vriendelijke hotel manager. Parkeren was ook geen probleem op loop afstand."
