"We stayed in a handicap room because it was almost full. The mattress was about 4” thick and appeared to be past its age of providing any form of comfort. It was absolutely awful. My husband and I took days after to actually feel better when we returned home. We almost left after the first night, but we had prepaid and it was a holiday weekend so we were most likely stuck. In the bathroom, the ceiling had stains from water overflowing above. The popcorn ceiling was bubbling,but rather then scrape it and start over , it was simply painted over. The updates in the room felt like putting lipstick on a pig. We will not be making that mistake again."
