"I love this hotel. The only thing I don't like is the inner rooms that face the "event space". You can't tell what time it is cause you cannot see outside from your room. This time we had a room with an outside facing window. Much better! So close to downtown, you can walk everywhere. I will always choose this hotel when traveling to Missoula and seeing a show downtown. Eat at El Comino Tacos! Chef's kiss!"

"The hotel was beautiful and is in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only two complaints: 1) the breakfast is not free like in other Hilton properties. For a breakfast you have to pay for, the quality was not good. It was fine for a free breakfast but if you have to pay for it, I would suggest going out to one of the numerous restaurants in town. 2) the drain in my shower appeared to not have been cleaned out for some time. "We loved everything about our weekend stay on 5-16-26 and 5-17-26 pet room except the fact that tons of kids were running and screaming down the hall. Our room was 123 and the guy at front desk even told my husband that he tried to get them to quiet down and that even customers on 2nd floor were complaining about the noise level on the main floor.
