"There was a suite flat above a restaurant, and the smell of food could be felt throughout the unit and was annoying. During the day, the suite was like a steam sauna because it was all windows and above the roof. Despite two small air conditioners and a fan, it was unbearable. However, the view from the room was incredibly beautiful and tempting. There was no shampoo and the unit was full of insects coming from the lake because there was no fan and you had to keep the window open all the time....

"this is a fantastic choice if you’re looking to stay in zurich city centre!! really it’s the best location for walking around some of the city’s most famous streets, including the shopping ones! the hotel itself is in a lovely little square and looks very picturesque from the outside, with the shutters and beautiful pastel coloured buildings. the area around it feels safe, even when i went out on walks by myself as a young woman, and the square next door has a lovely looking greek restaurant and...

"Our room was not cleaned properly. One of the glasses had water in it from previous guest and bathroom had mold build up and stain from not having been properly cleaned for a while."

"This property is on a very good location, close to the metro and 3-4 minutes drive from the airport. Breakfast has a lot of options, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Great for families."

"We had reserved two rooms for us and our 2 adult sons. One of the two rooms given to us (at 10pm when we arrived) had not been cleaned at all, clearly a systems error. The room was totally a mess, with unfinished food inside. All we got was an deflective answer 'Oh, not my fault, system tells me it was cleaned...'. The breakfast is OK, a but overpriced for what it is. The rest all good."
