"Our check in and check out guy was very friendly (not so much the others over the weekend.) The room itself was clean. The property was mostly well maintained. But the complaints I have are that the pool was not usable (green) and there was no sign on the door to the pool to say it was not in service. "We arrived at the proprty and walked up to the porch to ring the doorbell. The property was overrun with dead plants and was very un kempt. The steps were hard to negotiate for my wife and I. There were pots of dead plants on every step. There was a cat tower next to the front door, and there was feces smeared on it right at eye level.
