"There was no hot water the night we checked in. Also, there was not enough water pressure to run the cold shower. There was also only one person working which made check in very long. The staff (1) that was there was very helpful and good to work with, but she was stretched over numerous responsibilities Breakfast was good and tasty. "I appreciated the helpfulness of every staff member I interacted with, customer service was very important to them, and I felt like they truly valued my business. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet."

"Very clean Everyone was very nice and helpful"

"There are no pet friendly hotels in Knoxville so we were very happy to find this pretty house for our stay when back for a family funeral. Pros: ample parking, good location, very clean, large space, nice kitchen, large yard, DISH TV, pet friendly, rapid response from owner, sleeps multiple people Cons: sleeps multiple people but only 1 key provided, couches don’t face TV, 2 BRs have no doors so there is privacy only for people in upstairs BR, outlet in basement bath not working "
