"The room was in poor condition as far as the microwave was very old and broke the walls was extremely dingy the bed was rock hard and bathroom was not the cleanest and spiders joined me in the shower out the building was a lot of contraction material including several toilets but the one in my room was not new"

"This hotel is nextdoor to a truck stop, making some uncomfortable. It is also not as nice as any other Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at. There were stains on the carpet and broken pieces of wall on some of the corners in the room. The door to the room with the toilet/shower barely closed and the handle was about to fall off. The shower head looks like it’s never been scrubbed. I was surprised it carried the Holiday Inn name."

"The people that worked there were very good to us. I feel the owner or the management of that hotel. I’d be ashamed of yourself leaving one person behind the desk 65 rooms to take care of they can’t do it. It’s very hard and they tried they did their best. That’s why I gave it a three not because of the people it’s because of the Owner and management of that hotel ought to be ashamed of themselves. They need to pay those people double pay that’s my personal opinion. Thank you."

"Half the time the key cards did not work. We stayed 2 nights. On first morning we went to breakfast and there was no coffee. They told us they were out and that some was on the way. Next day sign on coffee machine saying out of order. Nly coffee in our rooms was decaf. Bed mattress did not have mattress cover. Our top comforter was stained underneath. Walls were very thin. We heard everything through the walls. We stayed over two nights for a wedding. Got back to the hotel at 12:30 in...

"Really was excited to see my large family get accommodated in a suite for a family of 5. Two Bedrooms with Three Beds, Two Full Baths, with small kitchen and Living Space. , Close to an exit to also help with our service dog get walks. Breakfast Varieties, especially with 2 small kids, hot and cold Breakfast options."

"We were in a room that the window treatments would not open and the light switch didn’t turn any lights on. The fan was blowing air that smelled very much of must and mildew. I would not stay at this hotel again."

"The room was not clean. Yes, the beds were made, but the trash was not emptied, the couch had cigarette ashes on it and in it. I politely asked the staff to address these issues while we were at dinner. They did not. I returned to the same room. Ended up being given a trash bag so I could empty it myself. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9am with a “decent spread”. Walked down at 8:30am to no coffee, no hot water to make tea. A couple of off-brand muffins and a couple of generic breakfast...

"A wonderful stay. Spacious. Private. Great kitchen and living areas. Dishwasher and dryer need an update, but worked fine for the weekend. Well worth the money."
