"The road going into property had potholes. The room was an old smoking room and you could smell. The breakfast was ok but no cranberry juice, eggs, bagels, tea, or Greek yogurt. The room had dried paint all over carpet. TV channels did not stay in focus to watch anything. The fire alarm went off for over an hour around 9pm. Staff had no idea what to do and we waited for someone out of town to come turn it off. crappy place."

"Room was clean No coffee or tea in the room No assortment of pillows they were all hard For my wife and I the beds were hard. My BIGGEST complaint was that there was no TEA anywhere on the property there was no black tea, no green tea and no herbal tea. I will not stay there again because of not having any tea"

"We booked because it's clean and nice. We have stayed before. Only downside was breakfast didn't open till 7 on Saturday and my daughter had to be at softball at 7 and so we had to pay extra to eat. Other then that it's fantastic 😍"

"Clean room, updated room"

"What a wonderful place to stay and wonderul customer service! We had booked another place, we had issues the moment we arrived. Looked for another place and found the kingston east. Highly recommended! Close to everything, even the Temple. "

"This property should be called the deceit. The front entry opens right into the bathroom. The property says it has a kitchen. That is incorrect. Placing a microwave and a mini fridge in the bathroom does not make it a kitchen. The bathroom has no privacy based on the entry way and so called kitchen. The rest of the place is nice and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. "
