"It was very nice the front desk lady was friendly the hotel was very clean"

"Cute little room if you want to lay your head for 1 or 2 nights. Comfy bed and clean. Most Places are walkable."

"My room had mowed all in the bathroom. My room was not clean. There was hair on the bed hair in the shower hair on the toilet hair in the sink. I was moved to another room. It was cleaner, but it still wasn’t clean. Will not stay there again, however on a lighter side, the staff was professional, polite, well dressed and accommodating."

"Tried to charge me for a room I already paid for. Then tried to charge me a $20 pet fee when the Hotels.Com site specifically said $10. Room was FILTHY, baseboards hadn't been cleaned in years. Stains and scuffs all over walls. Left me one tiny bar of soap that was literally smashed in the package into crumbs. Water was barely above room temp and took a good 5 minutes to warm at all. There was a pack and play if you had an infant, which could be the sixth person, but definitely would be uncomfortable for two adults to be on the pullout sofa as it’s not a regular pullout sofa with a...

Went down to the front desk to ask them to put more body wash in the empty container. The woman at the front desk said I’ll take care of it and never did. I just felt like we got crappy service. I asked a different front counter person what the “Fairfield guarantee“ was. Even though it is a sign at the main...

"Nice stay. Room smelled a bit weird. Hotel staff was excellent. Breakfast was OK. Eggs were as bad as I have seen on one day. But kind of ok the other days. Average 3 star hotel. About what you would expect."
