"We had a 2-night stay. We asked one of the housekeeper outside our room to be sure we got fresh towels. We gave her our room number. She was working three doors downn. We returned around 7PM to find no clean towels and no attention paid to the room. The front desk said they had no housekeeping staff at yhat time and handed us sime clean towels. The hook for the back of yhe bathroom door was missing. The window leaked and water pooled on the sill."

"We only stayed a night on a long road trip. The hotel is convienantly located and the room was spacious and clean. Was a great place to rest before continuing on our trip. Breakfast had the usual offerings but was a perfect way to start our day."

"I had no issues everything was gine"

"Air conditioner was leaking but room was cold which was good. But when I tried to raise temp a couple degrees, bad smell came from unit. I went to front desk and asked for a new room. they said they couldnt but they would get someone to look at it. Came back to room later in day, air conditioner was not leaking, rug had been dried, BUT air conditioner was never connected back to thermostat so room was quite warm for sleeping."

"This property is in serious need of updating, refurbishing, and cleaning. Actually, a good cleaning would help a lot. When we got there, there were no lights on outside and only the office light was on inside. We thought it was out of business. The office was not as the picture online showed. It was dirty and cluttered. Interestingly, there was a fly swatter in our room. I think it was supposed to be for may flies, which is why the lights were off, according to the woman who checked us in. We...

"Worst experience ever, 1. They don’t have key cards and receptionist says she will come and unlock every time if we want to get in , 2. "The entire property, including our room was filthy and had a poor odor. there was dirty water all over the floor in the hallway. The sheets were stained and had a chunk of dirt on them. The towels were dirty and the tub was so gross I didn’t dare step in it. The floors and all the surfaces were all a bit sticky and there were flies in the hall in the room. It didn’t help that the outer doors were propped open, letting in the bugs and making the property not secure. The mattress was also pretty...
