"No elevator which was rough with suitcases. Room itself was clean but the hallway smelled like weed."

"There were blood stsins on the sheets, food in the fridge, human and pet hair on the floor and sheets. The sprinkler was encased in hair and dust. We did not stay and went elsewhere."

"Reserved 2 queen beds and they decided to “upgrade” us to a King. 2 adults and a teen. Not happy and refused partial refund when contacted by me and Expedia who I booked under. Breakfast was far from good. Bacon undercooked and eggs not even heated well. Only went to that town to buy some merch from Smile More Laundry and Tan."

"The staff were not friendly at all, the rooms smelled of mildew, the tub wouldn’t drain and when I told the front desk guy he looked at me like I was stupid and offered me nothing!! All he said was it was remodeled several years but because a country Inn and suites owned it. So I’m like well okay and…. That does nothing for what is going on now with my issues. Just poor service and management for the price I paid!!"

"No elevator. Despite booking a handicap room, they tried to put us on the second floor and then upcharged us to move to the first floor. Gutters hanging off the building, landscaping hasn't been touched in years with 4 ft tall weeds all around. Grass not cut and 3ft tall. Not as advertised."

"Where to start? Night staff when we checked in sent us to the wrong room... found out later he didn't even read my name on my driver's license correctly. Got our reservation all confused. Room was like a cave, the lighting was so dark. Iron didn't work and the OTHER night staff guy seemed mystified as to what to do about it. And forget about asking for extra pillows. Pool was out of order. We've been "Hilton people" for years, but experiences like this (not the first) have us rethinking and...
