"Late arrival was managed by the desk with no issue (even though they do not have 24h desk). Problem with payment - selected pay at the desk option - but the hotel took money directly from the deposit credit card (issues with reimbursement). All in all the hotel met the expectations. Room was on the river side. A bit noisy, but good view and fresh during summer."

"Lovely hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location. Only issue was air conditioning was hopeless so in 33 degrees room was too warm. "

"No Air conditioning it would be very uncomfortable if temps outside exceeded 85 degrees. However the breakfast bar was superb there is a walkway bridge to this quaint town in France a shopping mall a park on the Rhine the tram into Basel all within walking steps from the hotel."

"Friendly service, lovely breakfast buffet and old school decor. Super close to the train station and bus stop to the airport for free, and the food hall. Would be nice if they have a gym! "
