"We found a nasty cup next to the bed, a roach the second we walked in, and the breakfast was very mediocre. Pool was closed, sheets were dirty and looked like someone had urinated on it, gross bathroom and overall the room wasn’t clean and we felt so gross. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, but trust me, never ever ever ever again. Listen to the reviews and don’t waste your money!"

"The property was in good condition. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel has removed in-room coffee makers, but they do offer coffee in the lobby. The front desk staff wasn't always readily available when needed and were often in other areas of the lobby/breakfast area in their phones. The lighting in the bathroom wasn't great. "Breakfast was good. The staff was very good. Nadia was excellent. Did come back one evening at 6:30pm and the air conditioner covers were all in the hallway being serviced. We finally got back in our room at 7. Not sure how that schedule was decided."

"There was a little bit of a smell in the carpets and it looked like some mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. In room coffee maker didn’t work. Other than that, location was great, breakfast was great, employees friendly. The lady taking care of breakfast area did a wonderful job."

"The kitchen had no utensils I had to buy pans and paperware. I ask for clean wash clothes and towels and I was told you have to bring the dirty ones down… never heard that in my life. No ice machine so I had to buy that too. Too many dogs on the property! Pitbull’s and other. Huge dogs! To me I think it’s half a shelter and half hotel!
