"I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Coffeyville. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. What really stood out was the excellent service — the manager was especially warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. It’s clear that they truly care about their guests and work hard to make everyone feel comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

"Not the nicest Days Inn I ever stayed in. Overall it needs cleaned up. The room was clean except for the chair. It was filthy. The bathroom was both clean and dirty. The shower head needs cleaned as well as the tile around the floor. The staff was friendly when we checked in. They were doing maintenance work at night in the room beside ours. Not quietly either. We did not eat the breakfast. Did not use the pool."

"The room was really clean. The staff was super helpful. They came by everyday to make sure everything was going ok and of I needed anything. The only downfall was their ice machine was out of order. But other than that I had a great stay and will definitely be back."
