Nice beach resort, friendly staffs, clean and good breakfast. Nice place for family too.

The room is spacious and exceptionally clean. TV is brand new with good tv channel and radio channel. Hotel is nearby to eateries , coffee place and walking distance to bazaar ramadhan. They serve sahoor food at 12-2a'm during ramadhan. the food was delicious.

Grand drul makmur is always my favorite hotel whenever we drop by Kuantan for eastcoast road trip, i love the spacious room, the hospitality is awesome!

Nice staycation

Located at Indera Mahkota and easily accessible from the main road leading to Kuantan. Adjacent to plenty of amenities i.e Family Mart is smack right in front of the Hotel with a walking distance to LOTUS, MCD, Pharmacy. Location is also ideal to those athletes who seldom have events at the Pahang sport zones. Hotel provides decent services for those looking for a short stay. Stayed in the family room which is a tad small but otherwise it serves the purpose. It has a small inhouse cafe which serves a good and decent nasi lemak, one can describe as being a comfort food for your early breakfast. The downside, hope that the management can look into the workability of the room doorbell which has been installed but was not really functioning. Other than the above, will still opt to choose this place if ever we were to come back to Kuantan for a trip

Modern and elegant hotel. very clean

Room and service in need of uggrade. Bath soap empty didn't refilled. Floor skirting missing. No place to put toothbrush (hygiene issue). Management please look into this.

The air conditioner in the room is leaking and the wash basin in the toilet is leaking. The duvet has mites that cause itchy skin and prevent restful sleep. Bugs on the floor.

Clean room, comfy bed, fantastic pillow, adequate space for rilex and strategic location
