"Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Parked at the basement at the hotel and was given a QR code to discount the parking to 1,000 yen (go in once) or parked at Car Park 1 at the JR station (can go in/out multiple times) at 1,000 yen (with validated ticket from hotel reception). Dinner at the restaurant was very nice and prices reasonable (20% discount for hotel guests). Enjoyed our stay."

"Good location, surrounded by convenient shops. It has it's own parking places. The room was a bit small but manageable for 2 persons and few days staying. Amazing thing was it has private onsen and provide free yogurts and ice cream after the onsen, and also free ramen in the evening. Walking distance to a few attractions such as the Kumamoto castle. "
