"The hotel was conveniently located near the freeway. The restaurant next door had great food and the receptionist was really helpful in getting an accessible room close to an exit near my car because I had recently had 2 knee replacements."

"We had to switch 2 rooms due to, first, out of order toilet flush and second, out of order refrigerator (as we had perishable food with us that needed refrigeration).
Fortuantely, the staff was very good and understood our urgency and gave us a better room per our requirement."
