"This was a great value in Kasane. The hotel is close to the airport and offers free van transportation. Common areas and my room were very clean. Breakfast buffet was included in my room charge and was high quality. I had dinner there one night; they offer a buffet as well as a full menu. Swimming pool was nice. Most of the tour operator will pick you up a the hotel also. Staff was pleasant and helpful."

"Hotel is about 15 minute drive to Chobe National Park and to cruise. The Lodge itself is very basic. The maintenance staffs are very attentive and try very hard to make guests comfortable. "As the name suggests, this was a rustic stay. I oftern like staying at unique place and this was that. Its right on the Chobe River and the tours leave from there which is convenient. Restaurant was good. Food delicious but took forever to come to the table. We were told to be careful as wild animals would roam arounf at tnoght and they had a gate to separate the rooms from the river. We did see a wart hog/pumba. The rooms were small but clean.
