"after 700 nights booked (and having 95+ % great experiences) we are quite simply shocked and near speechless about the horrors of this place. to cut it short: no heating. no hot water, no wifi (they gave us a password that didnt work with anything). when we wrote them that we can not proceed with the night wearing jackets and having no heating, they completely IGNORED us (all 3 messages) but wrote back another wifi password that "we can try".... the place looks and feels like an abandoned dump...

My stay was good, the only problem I had was with the billing. I got a $1400 charge in addition to the nightly rate that I was communicated. "Sehr nah am Strand gelegen am Ortsrand. Dadurch etwas abseits vom Trubel, was uns gut gefallen hat. Sehr großes Appartment mit sehr großem Balkon. Gutes Frühstück - im Restaurant war es etwas laut. Große Tiefgarage direkt unterhalb der Hotelgebäude."
