"Great place to stay! Spa was great! Hotel staff was incredible. Breakfast was also very good! Would stay again."

"This is a cute place that I would normally rate highly except we were given a room that hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. There were dirty towels on the bathroom floor, dirty glasses, the bottle of water had been opened, wastebaskets were not emptied, etc. the sheets looked clean & we were exhausted, so we just slept and noticed everything else later. We mentioned this at check out and received an apology. No comp. The staff were nice, I think this was a one off."

"Check-in was confusing and daunting. When I arrived in early evening, the front door was locked and the desk area was completely dark. Eventually, we went around back to look for humans, and some guests were playing ping pong and said the lady had been seen around earlier. The back door was open, though this added a flight of stairs to haul luggage up. Once inside, the dark desk had an un-labeled envelope on it and some signage in german indicating some numbers to call for help. One rang the...

"The room had tons of hairs covering both end tables, the desk, and the chairs—plain as day dark hairs. The phone was covered in obvious grime. We travel frequently and I’ve never seen anything like it. We were horrified, and with no staff on hand to address the issue with, we left within a few minutes of arrival, immediately reaching out to Expedia with photos of the filthy room. They apologized and tried to negotiate with the hotel staff, but we were charged for the night. Beware!"

"Easy parking nice breakfast clean rooms Helpful staff I got an update which was great"

"Fijne ruime kamer. Fijn dat we buiten openingstijd konden inchecken."

"Had a negative check-in experience. Rooms are supposed to be available for check-in from 15:00. I arrived at 16:15 and was told the room wasn't ready yet and was asked to wait 30 minutes. After checking in and getting the room, everything was fine. The room is a good option for a short term visit or TDY."

"Great"

"Property exactly as described, with great access to the area. It had everything we needed"

"I had a clean, comfortable, charming room, which was kept well stocked with delicious teas and coffee (plus real dishes, a microwave and refrigerator, to make it even more homey). Staff was kind, welcoming and friendly. The whole place is lovely and the breakfast is outstanding. I truly enjoyed my stay here!"

"Wahr sehr gut gerne wieder"
