"I can't be sure about the quality of the room because I never had a chance to see it. We arrived at 3:00 (check in time) and there was nobody at the front desk. I called the number on the door and was told that we needed to wait an hour because she was grocery shopping at the moment. I would have maybe been a little more understanding had I been spoken to kindly, but the woman's tone of voice was nothing but rude over the phone. "Just double check and call the property before you go. This was our second time staying. The first time was excellent, this time not so much. I booked a cabin back in January for this March trip. I got the email welcoming me and gave me to door code to get in. We went in and it def. looked like someone was still staying there. "If you book with this property, your credit card will be hacked. Then you will spend all of your time getting your credit card lockdown and having to get a new one. Every single day since I’ve booked this hotel I’ve received 2 to 3 different international charges against my credit card. "
