"オンラインチェックインを事前にしていましたが、部屋のアクセスキーの設定が間違っており、ホテルへ入れたものの部屋に入ることができませんでした。いろいろな媒体でメッセージを送るも1時間以上返信がなく、こちらから電話してアクセスキーの設定をしてもらえたようで、到着から1時間以上してようやく部屋に入れました。
海外旅行だと気軽に電話することができないので、ホテルに管理人がいないのならばメッセージですぐに連絡をとれるよう体制を整えるべきです。部屋は綺麗でしたが、非常に最悪な旅の始まりになりました。"

"The room was great. Everything was modern and comfortable.
The check-in process is scary if you wait until the last minute. I accept most of the responsibility, but I wish I would have received a warning e-mail for not checking in the day before. Just an email that would make me acknowledge the automated process that I would be entering into and without help from staff on site.
We were on a 42 day trip with 14 different hotels, so we were spoiled by most of the hotels that had staff to assist...

"The room allocated to us was on the top (4th) floor and since it was summer, it became quite hot. The room also lacked proper lighting and the number of electricity supply points was limited.
