"What an amazing hotel. Staff friendly and professional too. Delicious food for Dinner and Breakfast. Very handy for a gig across Tuesday Market Place at Alive Corn Exchange King's Lynn. Disabled parking at the front of the hotel which was a huge bonus. The only disappointment was no accessible toilet on the ground floor. My friend struggled to get up a steep step with two heavy fire doors to get through. Not ideal. It's a shame to mention this, as overall we had a great memorable stay at The Duke's Head, but felt it was important to point this out for others who have accessibility concerns. "This was likely once a great hotel but those days have long gone. The room was tiny and tired, the food was awful, the paintwork was peeling, the general cleanliness was poor. On the positive side, the hotel is well located, there is ample parking and the staff tried to do their very best against the odds."

"I stayed with my elderly parents at the crown Hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the rooms were clean however unfortunately when leaving there was an attempt to charge me a payment that wasn’t due. I query this as a mistake had obviously been made and I was met with a sullen response from the receptionist who was borderline directly rude. I will never stay at this hotel again. I would not recommend it."
