"Staff was great! Pool went down prior to our arrival but staff made up for it. Would have been better with the pool option but the balcony over the creek/river made a peaceful escape and relaxing area. "

"Room smelled musty/damp on arrival, toilet seat/sink was not clean, and there was a plastic panel on the wall that fell off revealing a cut out in the wall where it looks like there was previous water damage."

"There are lots of workers staying at the hotel. They were super loud until 2-3am playing music from their trucks in the parking lot which is right up against the hotel rooms and drinking out on the walkways. There are shipping containers stacked in the parking lot. The night clerk was contacted to ask for assistance with the noise level and said “there is nothing I can do about it.” We were supposed to stay 4 nights but left after one night after getting very little sleep. The hotel did agree to refund the remainder of our stay. But it caused an inconvenience and a waste of one of our vacation days having to check out and then check into another hotel. "

"Room was clean enough… Not immaculate but not filthy. Parking is tight. Pool was closed. The back porch overlooking the creek was really nice. The location was excellent. "
