When I entered the room, the door looked like it needed to be replaced, it was a great size but the carpet smelled, the kitchen area looked sketchy and quite frankly I was not about to lay on that bed. "The gentleman who checked us in was kind and friendly. We had to move rooms due to a toilet issue, and he was quick to get us into another room. The room was clean and had basic amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, a small hair dryer, a small coffee maker, soap, and one cosmetic makeup wipe), including plenty of towels and washcloths. "Bed was made poorly as if someone was jumping or sitting on the bed. I had a hair on the sheets. The shower was not that clean either. The towels were also just thrown on the shelf unfolded. The worker who checked us in brought her kids to work with her as well as the lady cleaning on our floor. She had her 3 or 4 year old with her. Not sure how clean rooms can get when you are also watching a child at that age. All in all, poor experience. "
