"What can I say? Who do you blame? The property oe Expedia for nor verifying the properties that they put up. The staff, especially Brandi and Jennifer, were great. The property and ammenities were in shambles or dodn't exist at all. Advertised 32" TV's in cabins, but no TV's. Advertised restaurant on property, but no restaurant, sign on door said closed due to Covid, but judging by peeks through the windows, hasn't been open in 20 years. "Beautiful experience! The staff were all super sweet and professional. So the check in was very different and interesting; There is a kind person on a video Kiosk screen that will assist you with check-in, but thankfully there are also sweet and kind people that are in physically in the building to help you, and the room was fine.
