"Clean room"

"It’s okay"

"Hotel excelente, la localidad excelente y céntrico, pero la limpieza nunca llegó, el aires acondicionado dañado, ✍️✔️"

"While the rooms and the hotel still keeps their charm, the ONU Board has decided to close the bar AND the kitchen so there is ZERO Room Service or options for drinks after a long day. Considering they should be aware of the remote location of the school and hotel closing these services even on weekends the school has full events going on is a very dumb decision, not to mention they still market themselves as having room service available."

"Staff were very helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room was large, bathroom appeared to be renovated recently. Breakfast was basic, but quite good. TV channel card did not line up with channels, but numerous channels to choose from. Overall, good value. Will stay again. Also, a great meal at the close by Dark Horse Restaurant!"

"The desk host made our stay perfect from the minute we arrived until the time we left. We arrived before check in and knew we couldn't use our room yet but we needed a place to change clothes. "Everything was extremely nice. The bar/restaurant was fantastic. If I travel back to Finley again for work, I will definitely be back."

"Only one ice machine on the first floor. Indoor pool was very chilly. The door to room was very heavy."

"Room was great, easy check in. The chair in my room was very dirty from wear and tear though. I did inform the front desk and they were aware of it already"

"Will stay Asian"

"Great staff support and food"

I stayed at this hotel about a year and a half ago and rated it 10/10 at the time, so when I was passing through the area again, I decided to stay a second time. I was very disappointed! The concrete parking lot is not maintained and is crumbling and filled with pot holes. The carpet in the elevator was dirty, stained, and loose. Tile grout on the bathroom floor was black with filth. Shower tile grout was moldy; looked like it had not been...

"THey need to address the mold in bathroom and clean room better."
