"The room was very clean and as always with Hampton Inn breakfast was great with a variety of options. I didn’t get to use the pool are but am looking forward to my next visit to Galax."

"Room with so unclean. Dirty floors and fleas. Non smoking room but had clearly been heavily smoked in!!! After a 12 hour drive, I could not relax or rest. I felt so uncomfortable!! My 3 year old seemed stressed and uncomfortable as well!!! :( Never again!!!!"

"Room was freezing and in need of a simple chair. There were pleny downstairs but not in the room. You need a chair to dress and put shoes on. Also when you finish riding you don’t want to sit on the bed. Also kitchen needed a drying rack paper towels or dish cloths. Beds were comfortable and location great. View of falls wonderful. Does the tv work downstairs?"

"I recently attempted to stay here with my family for a weekend and had a very disappointing experience. Despite the property listing indicating that air conditioning was available, there was none when we arrived. With temperatures in the 80s that weekend, the lack of air conditioning made our stay uncomfortable. Upon arrival, we found the door unlocked, raising serious security concerns. Additionally, the house had a strong odor of old animal urine. It was strongest in the family room but you...

"Had to wait fifteen minutes before someone would come check us in. She was nice. We got a room on first floor in the side where it seemed like people were living in the hotel - hanging out in the doorway and lots video games playing. Other room beside us was filled with dogs barking. The room smelled terrible so we walked out and turned our key in and chose to stay somewhere else. Very different than the pictures make it seem."
