"I have 2 service dogs and the man working the front desk charged me for them. Despite me offering to show documentation. This was not the experience I needed after the horrible day I was having. The place is not in very good shape and doesn't match the photos. The place was grimey and did not feel sanitary. For being a Wyndham you would think they would update their furniture. My room was a non- smoking room and smelled so bad of cigarettes. The only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is the...

"Air conditioner in room would not go below 78 degrees and we came in late and was hot all night. Hallway AC had to be at least 15 degrees low. Propert could be cleaned up and updated"

"Overall good stay. Variety of breakfast items including some hot items: eggs, sausage, biscuits. Husband said the coffee was good! Room was clean. Staff was pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Only inconveniences were the operation of the shower (display in the office) and a lack of outlets near the bed. Would stay again! "

"Before arrive I received an email stating the pool was heated @ 78 degrees and open until 11pm. That was false the pool was freezing at 930pm when I asked the front desk about it she stated the engineer would need to be contacted. So I said forget it. In the room there was a dirty rag left hanging from the shower rod from a previous person and the Netflix app on the tv didn’t work. Overall, it was an okay stay."

"We had a good stay but found one of the beds to be in need of changing when we returned at 10:30 PM. The front desk I think manager named maybe Jake came right up and changed the sheets himself. We truly appreciated it. "
