"Great staff. Have stayed here about 6 times, from the beginning of it's service and the staff is always generous to requests. In my case, I needed a shuttle from the airport for a late arrival flight of about 12 midnight, a time when many hotels let their drivers go. This hotel is distinct, and after I called to inform them when I will be arriving and if a ride was possible, they came through once again, even if the resident receptionist must make the drive themselves. "We have stayed at this resort twice now and both times were outstanding! We travel a lot. This resort has a very friendly staff. The views are beautiful!! You can enjoy them from anywhere but the balcony off of the main lobby and restaurant are incredible and comfortable. Nice seating, fireplaces and TVs.
