"Friendly staff!"

"The late check in of 4pm and room was still not ready, the concierge did comp us wolf pack package for this, however when room was ready gave us a standard room and we had paid for a premium suite, the lodge had over booked so we were not able to change rooms. Food was overpriced, games are very used and not spread out enough to accommodate all the patrons. The pool and slides saved this trip for us, although at peak times it was very crowded but the swim staff kept it fun."

"While the staff was excellent ..... the Extended Stay Corporate office SUCKES!!!!! My sister-in-law and I both put down your $50.00 deposit for incidentals and it's been 6 weeks and no return off our deposits!!! There are no reason that our deposits have not been returned. I have sent an email and my sister-in-law has called twice and got nothing but the run around!!! I guess going on all my social media accounts and set them to public to let EVEREYONE know what a crappy company this...

"I found the arrangement of room to be unusual. We were in a king suite (non-smoking) but I thought the bathroom was very small and narrow. As soon as you enter the room, the couch is facing one wall, while the TV was facing another direction toward bedroom. You need to stretch your neck and angle yourself sideway to watch. Huh!!! The TV remote in bedroom did not function well, needed to hold down before channels were changed. Breakfast was good, although they were very disorganized. No...

"Checked in late at night and got to our floor, stepped out of the elevator and it smelled badly of sewage. The whole floor smelled. Luckily our room didn’t smell. However the floors and walls are stained badly there was gum on the wall beside our bed. The bedding had stains. The shower was peeling paint. I got 2 queen suite with pull out couch, pull out was not sleep-able just springs. I was very disappointed. We switched to another hotel the next morning."

"The room itself was very nice and well put together! AC kept us cool all night, the view was nice, and there was ample space. The only problems we had was the shower was very dirty (combination of stains, hair, marks), the towels had numerous stains in them, and services were not easily accessible after hours."

"Historic hotel with some modern upgrades, but still a little dated. Room was nice and bed was VERY comfortable. Danielle at reception was super helpful and accomodating!"
