"My wife and I were in town for family business. We have many family members in the region, and we wanted to stay far off the grid. I’m glad we did. No phone, no cable, no nothing. Absolutely fantastic! We plan to bring our children on the next trip in about 8 months. This place is #1 on the list for my wife and I. "Upon initial observation, I was skeptical about staying at this facility, because it was clearly an older property, and didn’t have the safety feature that I’m accustomed to. Such as, entrance into the hotel rooms or directly off the parking lot, as opposed to entering from an inside hallway. "It was unique, a little hip/funky, beautiful, comfortable and well-situated in the middle of downtown Florence. I note that I could hear the bar and music, but the bar closed around 10:00, when I went to bed. It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine. There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar."
