"The property was dirty all over. Bed had a fitted and flat sheet nothing else and room smelled like an ashtray. Unfortunately I will not be going back."

"Staff were very helpful and responsive. We selected the 8th floor, a room overlooking the city...the carpet in the corridors seemed dated and there was an oily smell in the common areas. The breakfast was excellent with a very wide selection."

"This property is poorly managed. Upon arrival we were given our keycards, inside the keycard envelope were instructions on how to program our TV. Attempted to follow the instructions but would not work. Picked up the phone to call the front desk, it did not work. Walked to the front desk was told the phones do not work and that they have never worked in the 9 years this person worked there. The front desk person came to our room determined the remote was broken, moved us to another room,...
