"This hotel is in need of maintenance and updates. Walls in our room were severely scuffed, lamp shapes were stained and heat/air conditioning are very loud. The bathrooms near the lobby and the meeting spaces need updating and toilets struggle to flush. Desk staff were not particularly helpful when asked the best way to get places or when asked questions regarding deliveries from stores or restaurants."

"Gross, mold and mildew everywhere. Heater caught fire. Sink was cracked in half and leaked through the bowl. Left ASAP."

"Needs some updating. TV is really small and has no premium channels. The light outside the room kept the room from being dark. For the money I had hoped for more."

"The room was very quiet and clean. When one of our neighbors started smoking cigarettes or a cigar we called the desk and they IMMEDIATELY took care of it thankfully! Staff was extremely friendly!"

"The location is perfect for visiting nearby Salem without being too crowded. Rooms were clean and spacious. The team was very friendly and helpful."

"Very convenient location. The staff was friendly and it is close to many restaurants and shopping."

"Does not look like the pictures, the bed sounds horrible and the bed was soo tiny"

"Plenty of parking but the rest wasn't great. Not very clean, smelt like cigarettes, and no amenities at all."

"Was a okay place to live the no microwave available and pills were so soft we had basically sleeping on mattress. Spot on floor and tv wasnt the greatest. Would recommend but not likely"

The hotel is a little out of the way, so if you don't have a car, you'll be hiring an Uber to go anywhere (which is what we had to do). The room was typical; it had everything I look for in a good hotel room - nice, supportive bed, clean linens, nice bathroom and a thermostat works!"

"Wonderful place. Very clean!"

"I’m genuinely surprised by the number of positive reviews this hotel has received, because unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Let me start with the positive: the property was clean, the room was clean, and everything smelled fresh. I would absolutely give the housekeeping team five stars. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. We stayed in Room 137, and there were several issues. The bathtub had a crack in the flooring that was uncomfortable and potentially unsafe, as...

"booked a room for 3, didn't receive 3 towels let alone any washcloths. broken hooks, torn carpet and bugs in the room. if you like 7-11 breakfast food, this is your place."
