"⭐ Extremely Disappointing Experience We booked a room for four guests: two adults and two children, ages 7 and 4. Upon arrival, we found only two towels for our family and no shampoo in the bathroom. We tried calling the front desk, but nobody answered. After traveling more than 12 hours from South Florida, we were exhausted and decided to leave the issue until the next morning. Unfortunately, the following morning, when we asked a housekeeper for two additional towels, she was extremely rude...

"I like that the property is very close to the airport and has a continental breakfast. The staff was very efficient and kind."

"The hotel was clean and modern. The staff were polite and helpful. The free shuttle not only took us back and forth to the airport, but dropped us at a nearby restaurant for dinner. The only negative was that breakfast is not included."

"This place looks great in the lobby. The rooms were likely nice a decade ago. Now, this place is poorly maintained and dirty. The curtains in room 482 were hanging shreds. One of the two sinks worked, the handles striped on the other. Mold stains on tile grout. While they have “free WiFi” it requires signing on to their mailing list and agreeing to their privacy policy. Parking was fine. I should have slept in my car."

"The hotel is clean and our room has the excellent cool temperature. The location is very near to restaurants and near to Duke University. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Durham,NC"

"Clean, good price/cost ratio"

"the room was clean and spacious. I would have liked to have International Delight flavored cream for my coffee. Also, a hotel as large needed more luggage carts available."

"It was clean and peaceful. Room was also nice."

"It was great to have an in-unit washer & dryer. The location was very convenient for our vacation. The kitchen dishes and utensils had several items missing such as some of the forks, small plates, etc. When we arrived both the hair dryer & iron were not in the room. The staff quickly provided one as well as additional supplies during the week which we appreciated. Overall the unit really fit our needs."

"Exceeded my expectations, as most chains of this nature leave a lot to be desired. The only complaint was the shuttle service to the airport. We were advised that it ran 24 hours. Then told it would be an Uber service that the hotel would book and pay for. Then we were advised that we had to cover the cost. You definitely need to get this fixed, as it clearly stated that there is free shuttle service from/to the airport."

"Upon arrival the gentleman at the desk was wonderful, We checked in and enjoyed our room before a concert for the evening, After the concert we returned to the room. About an hour later someone tried to enter the room by turning the door handle several times. They then knocked several times rather loudly. I told them they had the wrong room and to leave. They left after a few minutes. About 30 minutes later someone banged loudly on the door about 15 times. I hollered they had the wrong room and...
