"A bit of a walk to downtown but it was nice to have some distance from the madness that is Broadway on a Friday. Room was clean, shower had great pressure, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Only grip was the paid parking."

"Housekeeping only comes every other day and we were not informed upon arrival. On the day housekeeping was supposed to come we had "do not disturb" sign on the door while we were getting ready for the day. When we left the room we removed the sign and asked the housekeeper, who was one door past us in the hallway to please clean the room. The room was not cleaned on that day either. "Rooms are clean and modern, but tiny. Felt like a shoebox. Had other issues not related to the room, management was unwilling to help. Called customer service to no avail. Definitely will think twice before staying at any Hilton. They don't seem to care about their customers"
