Cari Hotel di Daerah Crook

"We have traveled thru the area before and Serena is such a great place we have returned. The room is spacious, the mattresses very comfortable. The breakfast is a real stand out. Staff is so helpful and it's very very quiet. Be aware this is not a new motel, and there are signs of its age. There are a few spots on the carpet, but it's very clean and smells great! We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area."

"Good room"

"Cabin 1 - The good: Quiet, peaceful and clean. Comfortable bed, good heating and AC. Small kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove and sink. Big TV. The possible issues: Not handicapped accessible due to stairs into the cabin; very small shower. Also concerned with access if raining and you don't have 4W drive, due to DG/gravel road to cabin, but it was dry when we were there. Biggest complaint is there is no mirror besides the one in the bathroom, so getting ready for the day was a bit...

"An old motel but it has been extensively remodeled. Very nice."

"What an amazing getaway! Quiet, peaceful and serene: such a great place to relax, recharge and rejuvenate ! The food was absolutely exceptional, and the staff was second to none with friendliness, kindness and just overall amazingness!!! I can’t wait to go again!"

"Very cozy place to stay!"

"Views amazing, staff wonderful"

"Room was next to the highway and listened to trucks all night long."

"The owner, Twila, was wonderful and the accommodations were quite comfortable"

"If they have staff it sure wasn’t visible. Couldn’t call they wouldn’t answer phone. Lucky if they answered text. People in and out of parking lot all night long. Abandoned cars in parking spots near wouldn’t turn off had to put ac on. No smoke detectors!! The girl that’s in charge didn’t have a clue what she was doing. Says office open from 8-8. That was a joke. "
