"Convenient location and the beds were comfy. The check-in process was simple and it was nice to be able to park in front of the room. I didn’t have any interactions with staff. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean. The floor was filthy and turned my socks black and sticky after a few minutes. It clearly had not been vacuumed or mopped in a while. I found the luggage rack under the sink, but it was also dirty and had rust on it so I didn’t use it. There were dried spills on the wall and bed...

"We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. We had 4 rooms which were nice. There were lots of Christmas activities going on. Our dinner at the West Baden resort was wonderful. Both hotels are very nice, but I would recommend the French Lick Hotel if you have kids along."
