"The hotel is very nice. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The restaurant is also very good. Breakfast could be a little better. Not perfect, but definitely a nicer hotel than others."

"It is just a bit difficult to find as there is a motel right on the road in front of it - we went in there and were redirected to the building behind that one. Other than that, a fine stay."

"The room smelled moldy, dewy, musky. It was a horrific smell. Good thing it didn’t rain. We had to only sleep in the room and it was hard enough to sleep in the room because of the smell. It was horrific, didn’t complain to staff because it was busy because of fishing tournament going on. Left early on check out day because we couldn’t handle it anymore."

"This is a solid 3 out of 5 stars. The pool and whirlpool is nice to have but we didn't use them. The pool room is very basic and not particularly inviting. The workout room and breakfast area are also fairly small and basic. Breakfast is the the standard fare of make your own waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage, and biscuits & gravy. My bed was squeaky and noisy as all heck."

"It basically was a place to sleep. Could hear noise from other rooms. Was ok kept. Pay the extra money if you want a nicer hotel."

"After check in, no one on property to assist with questions or issues. Office door locked when we checked out so no opportunity to let staff know about plumbing issues. Earplugs were complimentary at check-in and needed for the many trains passing by through the nite. Had a suite but the hot tub provided was "out of order "."

"The hotel is old, but the room was clean and functional. The bathroom for the room we were in had a toilet that was very low which is difficult for older people, but there are accommodation rooms. Some of the staff are very nice, one not at all. Overall, it is cost effective and fine for short stays as long as you're ok with a basic room. "
