"Upon arrival at The Carrick, there was a minor glitch. We were given keys to the room we had booked, but when we got to the room, it was apparent that housekeeping had not yet cleaned the room (i.e., beds not made, etc.). We went back to the front desk where they apologized and found us another room. It took about 5 minutes while they went to check out the new room before sending us there, but in the mean time we sat on the comfortable sofa in the lobby and enjoyed the snacks and cold drinks...

"Pros: Room was very clean. Bed in room 134 was firm and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Refrigerator works (including freezer). Parking is spacious as there’s a shopping center attached to hotel. If you have RV or 18-wheel truck.. there’s plenty of space. Safeway grocery store is in shopping center along with Carl’s JR and a pizza place. Internet works great. So did TV with cable. "The staff was very thorough in explaining the amenities, check-in time, breakfast time, etc. The room had everything I needed and what it didn't have was available. Definitely would stay again"
