"The air conditioning didn’t work right and room was not cool. The beds were terrible to sleep on. The pool room for swimming was so hot you couldn’t stay in there to swim. The pool water was not the cleanest. Breakfast was horrible! The food was cold and the sausage was still frozen. It was not fit to eat. I will never stay there again"

The room and hotel was beautiful but the mattress felt like a slap in the face with how much the balcony layout room was. They need to change those mattress sets.
