"The rooms only have the towels replaced and the bathroom gets a cursory cleaning. They do not make beds, change sheets, or clean the rooms. Also, we had an issue with the bathroom and were told maintenance would be up soon. They never came, we went down to check in with the desk and the woman behind it told us no one would be coming. We had to address the issue ourselves."

"Staff was virtual. Room had its faults as any hotel room does. Shower was good and had hot water. Sink didnt drain. Fridge worked but had seen better days. Bed was comfortable but woke up to a few bites on my arm so may have had bedbugs. If it was closest to where I was and needed a room I'd probably stay again."

"When we booked we requested to have two queen bed rooms with connecting rooms but they didn’t have them available when we arrived.. we had to settle for a king room and 2 double beds then we had dirty towels in the king room. The experience was not the greatest and we paid $675 for 2 rooms and did not have what we asked for"

"Mediocre at best. Best thing that this place has to offer is the surrounding businesses close to it. I was there for five days No housekeeping was done to room. When I needed clean towels or washcloths, I had to chase people down to request them. If I wanted the trash, empty emptied, I emptied it myself. My recommendation would be to keep looking."

"This hotel was TERRIBLE. When we travel, we ALWAYS stay at a Marriott Holiday weekend sold out hotel - NO Towels, had to ASK for towels 3 times, was told they had no clean towels or wash cloths and was waiting for them to finish washing. They brought up BLUE POOL TOWELS/ POOL was closed, Bugs in my room. My Kids had to KILL a COCKROACH!!! Not to mention I lookup at the ceiling and it was a BIG bug in the ceiling LIGHT fixture!! The lighting was so dem I had to OPEN the curtains to get...

"I stayed there for 8 hours and that was enough. The hotel says it’s refreshed, and it is not. The pillows had cotton in them and square..so it’s not a real pillow. The mattress sunk in the middle. The breakfast is not free.. but I wouldn’t eat there if you paid me."
