"Really lovely hotel and room. To get into the parking, you check in first and then use your keycard to get into the overnight parking, which was safe and reasonably priced. The lobby is stunning, the location is great, lots of attractive turn-of-the-century buildings and homes in the surrounding blocks. The stars of the service side were defintely the housekeepers as the place was very fresh and clean, with a charming turn down service. Other service members were eager to please but a little "green". I really liked the room and the bathroom, which had a separate bath and shower. Great experience."

"Good, convenient location. Lots of shopping and dining nearby. Clean, some slight wear and tear in specific places but overall very well kept. Breakfast was good and not too far from downtown Richmond. I didn't feel like I was sacrificing or settling compared to if I had booked at a larger flagship hotel. "
